You don't have a problem with a person; your problem is with
software, and judging from the header I quoted above, I'd say
it's probably that crappy Microsoft thing you're using. The
solution is to do one of the following:
* learn how to use your MUA
* get a better MUA
In general, since this is Unix-related group, the advice might
be to get a better MUA running on a better OS.
There's certainly no point in whining on a Humbg list about
messages that come out in a format that is handled by any sane
Unix MUA.

A few moments with Google would have shown you what a PGP
signature is (if you really didn't know).
