[H-GEN] Minor website changes

As of now, the Humbug website will no longer show a webmaster
email alias for use in requesting changes and corrections.  In
the places where the webmaster email address used to appear,
there is now a link to a page that suggests alternate procedures
for making contact.  The address on this email can be assumed as
one of the methods available.

Should you notice some page where I have failed to update the
contact information, feel free to point that out to me.
