I've setup Telstra BPALogin on a Linux box in about 10 mins flat, worked
great. That said, I did have to hard reboot the box every 1.5 to 2
months or so because it would lock up. The hardware was pretty dodgy,
so I never traced it down to whether it was dodgy hardware or BPALogin.
A 5 minute outage was minimal impact for the small business I was with
at the time, and my time was better spent on other things (afterall, the
box would reboot pretty darn fast, then reconnect without fail).

I can confirm that Optus Cable "just works". It is standard DHCP
ethernet as far as Linux is concerned. I've set it up for a friend before.

Regards,
Christopher
