I currently have "Managed" set to "Y", but the problem remains. Metacity
does not provide options to resize this (modal) window. I've now found
the answer to my original question regarding resize. The xwit[1] tool is
available through apt on debian, and is presumably available on other
platforms. This tool successfully resizes xterminals and the like, but
when I try to apply it to the errant window either metacity or wine are
doing their best to ignore or revert my change.
Do you have any more detailed suggestions regarding the .wine/config at
all? :)
