FreesBIE CDs seem like a pretty cruel thing to give someone who hasn't 
heard of free software before, let alone Unix, no?

How about aiming for some Linux install CDs, some TheOpenCDs, and some 
decent pamphlets on learning more?

Am I the only one who thought that should've been followed by "...give 
the baby an install CD and s/he can hit the net forever" ?
