This is a big topic, well beyond my expertise.  I'll let others far 
more expert than myself address this.

On recent versions of RH and on FC2 the default web server directory 
is /var/www/html/

The simplest solution will be to configure your modem/router to 
forward requests on port 80 to port 80 on your webserver (the FC4 
box).  To test, configure your web browser to use your ISP's proxy 
server then point the browser to http://<yourfixedip>/
