[H-GEN] Perl contractor rates

I may have a need for a perl programmer to work on a job that may take a
couple of months.  I have no idea what the going rate is (location will
be Brisbane and will probably need to be physically here since anything
else is likely to make the powers that be nervous).

So.. what is the going rate for a perl programmer ?   Ballpark figure is
fine, at this stage I'm just trying to work out if we can actually get
this approved.
