Absolutely.  I moved it to chat because it wasn't a relevant post on the 
original question.  :)

I installed it, I ran it, I tried to work with it briefly, I explored 
all preferences trying to turn off the 'features' I disliked, I gave up 
in disgust.  I don't consider that using it.
