[H-GEN] Multi-thread downloads

Hmm, can't comment on other progams but I used to use GetRight a fair 
bit.  It can be (and this was how I used it) configured to only use one 
download thread per server but has built in mirror searching stuff to 
find other copies of the target file and to download various bits of the 
file that way... how do people feel about that then ?
