[H-GEN] Procmail testing

Well, 250 messages is a couple of hours for me, combined with "tail -f
.maildata/LOG" and intensive scrutiny of the procmail log output, it's
good enough for simple smoke testing.  (ah, I remember the days when
it was "1,50d" for a couple of days' grace).

You /do/ turn on logging-to-file when testing rules, right?
Procmail's default is to send delivery errors to the user by e-mail,
which is obviously (in hindsight!) bogus if you've just hosed your
.procmailrc.

If testing unattended, I generally warp to a higher paranoia-factor.
