Acronym overload :)  Living out of the country for a year I'd largely
forgotten there is an ISP called ECN :)  Anyway, we were talking about
Explicit Congestion Notification.  This seems to link to some interesting

Despite the potential usefulness all boxes under my control have ECN
turned off during boot.
