OK, here's another sample. As most people here would know,
there's an organisation now known as US-CERT that publishes all
sorts of security-related information[1]. In their very recent
Cyber Security Bulletin SB04-049 (a summary of incidents in the
first half of this month), they provide dozens of URLs for their
readers to follow. Here are a couple of them:

    ualpcmac.asp>

    ulletin/MS04-006.asp>

See how they got snapped in half by some brain-dead software
that wants to protect us from long lines?

Now, anybody here would know how to put them back together so
they could be followed, but they'd be much more useful if they
really could be clicked on as is. And it would be much kinder
to the wider audience that US-CERT claims to be now targeting if
they could get simple stuff like this right.

So, to quote Rob once again: "This is not good enough."

Cheers, Greg
