Sounds to me like an excellent opportunity for some opt-in procmail
rules.  The PHB still gets their "you got saved from a virus!" email,
everyone with clue doesn't get any.

Hell, you could even turn the feature off entirely and just scour
Symantec's website and send the PHB his *very own* email at
semi-random intervals.
