Give a picture of the network, and we tell you what you have to do.

Do the hosts on 192.168.4.0/24 have a default gateway set? If not,
it's not your problem but their problem.

Does your gateway 192.168.6.1 know how to get to 192.168.4.0/24?
If not, it's not your problem but the one from the gateway.

Is 192.168.4.0/24 connected to your LAN (not your gateway?)? Just
tell your gateway to how to get there, it will tell the hosts on
your LAN how to get there without having to modify all of them.
