"LCP terminated by peer" means the remote end decided to politely drop 
the link for some reason. There's probably nothing you can do about 
this, as this is initiated from the remote end (your ISP).

I'm guessing but the "tcflush failed" message is probably a side effect 
of the link being terminated.
