The rules I put in .procmailrc did not work for some users but
the same .procmailrc rules did work for myself and one other user.

The mail was delivered as normal. ie. Not action taken by procmail.

I compared the good/bad files and they looked identical. I just went and 
copied
the good one over the bad ones and now it all works. Buggered if I know what
was wrong with the old ones! On screen they were the same. ????

As you can tell, I'm not a proficient Linux user/administrator.
I'm quite often out of my depth on many things - Linux included.
You may want to avoid me in future to keep your sanity. :-)
