I think its not just MS management who don't yet understand all the technical,
economic, and social benefits that the open source model has to offer.

I don't have anywhere to do that, so thanks for the offer. See separate

As you'll see in the separate email, Mr Johnstone is looking for comments that
may improve the Bill and assist in getting it through the parliament.
Clearly, I'm not suggesting that your comments can't go to this, or any
other, list.
