You'll need to tell us its IP address first, since the
authoritative name servers are refusing to provide it.

As things stand, working down from the root servers, there are
two authoritative name servers for qmp.net.au:

borgcube.hcit.com.au -- it responds to queries, but has no
answer to an A query for www.qmp.net.au

    hegwig.suntech.net.au -- refuses connections

Don't post all your data, but at least tell us the IP address
and names of the intended name servers, both the ones your ISP
has provided and your own. Then we can give you more help.

Cheers, Greg
