Subject: [Oz-ISP] Position Vacant - System Administrator

Hi,

PIPE Networks is seeking to fill a new role within our organisation for
System Administrator.  The role will be full-time, based in Brisbane and
responsible for the day-to-day management of our systems resources and
assist in the design of future network architecture.  The successful
applicant will initially report to the Director - Technology.

Core Skills

Extensive skills in a number of all of the following technologies are
required:
- Redhat, Freebsd and other *nix variants
- Qmail or Sendmail
- DNS
- DNews or other news server software
- Programing skills in Perl, C++, HTML, PHP, Shell etc...

Good exposure with other general ISP technologies such as those below would
be advantageous:
- BGP, NAT, OSPF, EIGRP, ISL, 802.1q, STP, HSRP, IPSEC, RADIUS, TACACS,
SNMP, MPLS, Netflow etc

Remuneration is entirely dependant on the experience of the candidate and
the value they would bring to our organisation.
