[H-GEN] Failover Web Server

An interesting question has been raised within our LUG (NoosaLUG).

Is it possible to set up a failover box serving web and mail on a second
ISP?  In other words, if the first ISP goes off the air or the co-hosted box
fails, web page serving will default to the second ISP and co-hosted box.

If it is possible, how does one go about setting this up?
