[H-GEN] Timeouts

I have a customer I built a FreeBSD webserver for, up until around 3 day's ago it was flawless, but the poor customer(thinking he knew what he was doing) decieded to change it's HDD, and used Ghost PE to image the HDD.

Now it get's weird, outside of his internal network the box is fine, but trying to access the FTP, POP3 and SSH daemon from any internal IP(192.168.0.0/24) comes up with a timeout, on occasion you can actually recieve one email from the POP server after around a 2 minute wait, then the connection will break before any more mail comes through.

What the HELL is that ?, I have checked the Unix Boxes network connections, all fine(exactly as they were before), I looked into his resolv.conf, tryed adding his internal subnet there, no go, tryed changing the boxes hostname, ip address, DNS servers and in desperation added an internal machine to his hosts file, still with no luck.

I assume it's got something to do with reverse DNS lookup, but the strangest part is that Apache is fine from the internal network, and in my experience with timeout's apache is usually the first to start complaining.

Any idea's, cause i'm stumped (and am not looking forward to the reinstall i'm gonna have to do).

Cheers,
        Joe

(I have checked all the logs, none have recorded these timeouts, if more information/pasted files is needed just ask)
