Hi Guys:

I want to check my memory. I recall that Linus made some exceptions
to the GPL linking rules in the Linux kernel. IIRC, they were to allow
people to link against the system call interfaces between kernel land
and user land. But there may have been others.

Google did not help me.

So, am I smoking something? Or is this really the case.
