Is an exec member good enough?

At the last exec meeting, the ?sig lists were discussed. They have very
little traffic, and the traffic they should have usually ends up in general
anyway. Some of us (including me) took some convincing, but it was decided
that rolling them all together would be a good idea, with details to come.
This is basically just policy catching up with general usage by the voting
public. I jumped the gun a bit with one of my messages, but only after
talking it over with the president. The official word still awaits a posting
on the announcement list, and some list mom work, so don't change your habits
just yet B-).
