The orange books are getting a little outdated now a days
But here are my few cents:

CERT:
There are quite a few nice security papers on cert
I find most of these to be up to date and helpful
http://www.cert.org/nav/recovering.html

AS-xxxx & ISO-xxxx standards
These are very informative specially the AS-7799-2 and
equiv

MISC:
And here are a few links to my favs
This is a good one on anonymous UNIX systems
A good read for intermediates to advanced lusers
Bit more 'black-atish' but still a good read
http://www.thc.org/papers/anonymous-unix.html

This one is an RFC i stumbled upon the other week
Havnt read it, but contents make it look good
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2196.txt

Plenty more i could list but now i must program 8[
Working on my own bootable CD distro... damn init scripts!
