Many businesses are now *required* by law (the ammended Privacy Act, 
2001) to add such disclaimers to all email correspondence. This sucks 
beyond belief. Happily, I was able to get legal advice that a URL in the 
email signature would suffice for most things. See 
http://apac.redhat.com/disclaimer for an example thereof.
