In my ongoing quest to find the definitive mail user agent to
replace my trusty old utility, I've been considering SqWebMail
and I'd be interested to hear (off-list, please) any reports of
experience that people have with it -- positive or negative.
To put this into context, I need something that works remotely
and that is not stomped on by firewalls; it must provide SSL
transport and have a usable user interface for managing GnuPG
signatures and encryption/decryption; and it must store messages
either in MH folders (1st choice) or maildirs (or some other
format that stores each message in an individual file rather
than mbox format). I'm also interested in hearing about any
MUAs other than SqWebMail that might qualify. I'm not even a
little bit interested in the most fabulous utilities if they are
missing even one of these requirements.
