[Apologies for giving win2k advice on the list, but this may help others]
You'll need to make sure you're actually running a DHCP service on your
win2k box. Check under Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services. I've
seen boxen that didn't start the service automatically after ICS was
installed. Change it to run automatically and start it if it's not running.
Also, make sure you're patched up to the latest service pack (3) if you're
going to use a win2k machine as your router. As with any OS, you need to
make sure you have all the security updates installed to try to avoid being
compromised.
