I've unfortunately had a bit of a run in with some strange email users in
the last week and I was wondering if there is a best place to direct
someone who is annoying me with poor netiquette (e.g., replying to emails
with his comments in all caps because the quote character just doesn't
seem prominate enough for him).  Sometimes I long for the days when the
Internet Driver's License was a serious proposal.
