I've spent ages trying to develop a decent SQL/PHP/Perl based job allocation
and billing system, but with not much success(mostly due to my lack of
knowledge in SQL). By job I mean for instance a tech support callout. Does
anyone know of an Open source project that does the following:

- - Allow the entry of job requests, time start/finish, details and comments
- - Produce daily or weekly reports listing the details of all jobs for each
customer
- - Accessible via a web interface, and preferably a wap interface.

Any ideas? Or should I go back to coding myself? I also wonder how much it
would cost to get someone to build such a system for me? Thanks,

David
