I use Jabber for the chat client part of matrix-DFS, so I sometimes setup a
test server that is visible to the world.  However, the current matrix-DFS
server is located in Germany, so it doesn't really count as "in Australia".

On the other hand, development of that portion of matrix-DFS is on hold due
to problems with the library that I was using, problems that got worse
instead of better.  I will probably write my own Jabber library, but it
will have to wait for me to complete other parts of the project that it
will depend on.
