[H-GEN] eth0 hangs for a while at bootup

Perhaps the best tip would be for you to give us more
information - fundamental stuff like what distribution or even
OS you're running would be useful.  We can guess its linux
from the eth0, but more precise information would be helpful,
and can let us answer your question more fully and precisely.
