[H-GEN] Laptop memory (EDO)

Hello everyone.

I am looking for some memory for an older DELL laptop (P II I think). 
The specs are 
3.3v EDO SODIMMS
60ns RAC 15ns CAL
128, 64 or 32 MB.
It only has 2 slots so the larger the size the better.

If anyone has some available for a low cost please let me know.
