[H-GEN] RT3 under Debian

That's what I did, so we're on the same track.

I believe I followed the instructions in the first of those; the
second seems to apply to people building it themselves, rather
than using the package.

When I re-start apache, I get this:

Clearly, something is not right, but I don't know what way to go
from here.  I assume that I don't really have to modify the RT
source files, but need a nudge in the right direction.
