List subscribers,

The following two addresses have been temporarily removed from the
lists because their mailhosts continue to refuse email to them due to
quota restrictions:

   siridar at iprimus.com.au
   shanev at ozemail.com.au

I've taken this action to try to cut down on the number of bounce
messages, which get in the way of dealing with legitimate list admin
requests and problems.

Records of their list memberships exist, and they can be easily
reinstated if they get in touch with me, or they can resubscribe
themselves.

Other list members can rest easy that this is a response to a chronic
and difficult problem, not a knee-jerk to seeing just a few messages
bounce in the course of an evening or day.

I'm sending this message in the hope that other list subscribers
recognize these email addresses and can get in touch with the humans
behind them to rectify the situation if they desire.
