Hi Johann.  In sendmail you'd use the virtusertable to create these
virtual addresses, which can then be sent off to local mailboxes or remote
MTAs as desired.  Think of the virtusertable as a more powerful aliases
file.  Remember to use makemap to regenerate the hash/db file after
editing the virtuertable text file.

Any mature MTA should be able to do it.  Really very straight forward with
sendmail as noted above.
