[H-GEN] Crossfire and freeciv servers will run at meetings.

I will run a standard Crossfire (at standard as installed with Suse 8.0) at
meetings from now on.  If enough people wish to play my hacked version of
freeciv, then I will run that as well.  I intend to add more stuff to my
crossfire server, I have already started with my own Ice castle.

It would help if some time early in the meeting, someone with a crossfire
client helped me sort out firewall issues.  This only needs to be done
once.
