OH I know all about how much "between 20kbps and 28kbps" sucks. Here's to the 1st of March, where I can spend a little bit of time on an actual cable connection instead of something that's slower than my mother-in-law's powerup dialup account.
My first month on the capped plan is about to end, and already I'm trying to work out how to get the $99 setup fee to get out of cable and into adsl. unfortunately it has to wait until the car registration has been paid. i think i'd rather have slow internet than walk to do my shopping. YMMV :-)
