I'm with iTel ADSL for the moment, and had no problems. They offer
permenant IPs and their tech support have so far been able to assist me
with diagnosing problems with connections from UNIX systems. They sold
us an ADSL modem/router (D-Link DSL-504) which meant we didn't actually
have to worry about authentication issues and the like. And I agree,
Tel$tra tech support is hopeless for UNIX - even if Micro$loth is
looking like it's going down. I guess this will change - someday.
