Heh, that reply is not entirely consistent with what I wrote (I was 
referring to two specific arguements, not the general issue at hand). 
Still I have also seen this battle fought numerous times, with various 
outcomes, but never resolution.  Therefore this will also be my last 
post in this discussion.
