[H-GEN] Software Needed

Hi Guys,

I have spent the last few days looking for a GPL or similarly licensed
program for a contact relationship manager/groupware system.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the functionality required and
was wondering if anyone knows of anything that may suite. Even proprietary
solutions at this stage may be considered but gpl or similar license is
preferred.

Basically I need a system that will allow sales people to track their
clients and have a history of everything they have done and allow others to
see the time table and contacts but also have the ability to have private
contacts and time table.

The main required feature is that they can go into a clients details and
create a todo/call/meeting for them. Then have reminders popup before the
event and allow them to reallocate the event for a latter time.

Also when an event is completed allow them to add further details for the
event that will get added to the history as well.

I need the system to run on a GNU/Linux system in a mySQL or similar
database and allow users to use windows or linux machines to access the
data. I have currently been looking for php and mysql solutions that will
work in any web browser but anything at this stage would be great.

I have looked at every groupware/CRM system I could find and none so far
have done this most systems appear to link a client to a job and all todos
etc to the job not the client.

Sorry for the long post but I am really stuck on this one.
