Hi,

I am looking for a good c/c++ reference that lists the different librarys
and commands and gives usage examples. Also does any one know of anything
similar to cpan for c/c++.

I have googled but all I can find is c/c++ tutorials not reference manuals.
I am ideally looking for something I can download to my system and refer to
anytime.

Any good c/c++ resources that you know of would be great.
