Hi all,
I have some sites on a Rackshack server with the pages programmed in
php. All the sites will be using a common set of include files. I have
created this directory /usr/share/sd. When I view the pages I get:
Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 518 is
not allowed to access /usr/share/sd/_sdprectrl.php owned by uid 0 in
Unknown on line 0
Unless the owner of the file in question is the admin user of the site
that is being displayed. In the case above if I change the owner of the
files to uid 518 it works. The permissions on the files are -rw-r--r--
What is the solution? (in simple terms as I am very new to this)
Thanks
Paul.
