I'm not sure you can do this with Linux, however I've done this exact thing
using Windows XP. I was once upon a time considering three monitor output
using an s-video -> VGA adaptor.
With XP, the configuration is simple, however I'm not sure the steps you
would take for Debian, but I assume it's possible.

If you find some good links, please email them to me. I'm soon going to
install various Linux distros on my laptop and would appreciate the
information greatly.
