I am running Mandrake 9.1 and Mozilla 1.3.  Have just visited the site
with Mozilla and I can run up and down the page at will.

This is a pleasant change however as when I was running Mandrake 9.0,
Mozilla did similar bad things and I was forced to change to Konqueror
for the duration.

Did you upgrade from an earlier version of mdk or is this a fresh
install?  If you upgraded, you might have a broken config file or
something which has transferred to your current system.  If it is a
fresh install in every respect then it should be OK.  I have also
installed the java plug-in and shockwave but everything with Mozilla 1.3
was stable before that.
