Im using sylpheed ATM, and FWIW it 'un-nests' replies when I delete
one from the middle, unlike mutt.  Without the unecessary prompt to 
start a flame war, which GUI based mail agents overcomes this problem,
whilst retaining the ability to easily configure and select mail folders?
