A bit of both, methinks.  I see that mutt placed Ben's message
correctly in the thread, although the way it does it is prone to
error -- so it's arguable that Mozilla is more correct.

But the real problem is that Ben uses Notes (no doubt a result
of corporate decision-making in that place he works where almost
all IT decisions are bizarre) and, as everybody knows, Notes is
shpxrq orlbaq erqrzcgvba.
