What you are after is a J2EE runtime. J2EE runtimes incorporate a JRE
but are actually more than that; indeed many J2EE runtimes allow you
to pick and choose your JRE. A good free implementation of J2EE is
JBoss which you can find at 'http://jboss.org/'. You may also be
able to acquire JARs that provide some of the J2EE APIs from other
sources. (For example Apache's Tomcat provides J2EE Servlets but not
EJBs.)
