I would be very, very surprised to learn that Internode had failed to do
their utmost to satisfy a customer who was having a genuine problem with
their service.

I get the impression that Mr. Hackett and Internode are a refreshing change
in an industry dominated by Have-Nots(tm). In SA, at least, I've heard
naught but praise for them.
