[H-GEN] How can I send a message with s u b s c r i b e in the text?

On a couple of recent occasions, I have seen messages (from me
and others) delayed for many hours before being sent out. They
have all had some subset of s u b s c r i b e[1] in the text and
have presumably been bounced to the list admins because the list
software stupidly thinks they are administrative requests.

I'd really like to see this "feature" turned off. However, if
it's not possible (or if the list admins really don't want to
turn it off), could they please tell us what the rules are so
that we can send messages that don't trigger this behaviour?

[1] I'm hoping that spelling s u b s c r i b e with the spaces
between each letter will defeat the filtering mechanism.
