Hi Tony.  Humbug has never barred anyone from the lists because of their
geographical location[1].  We've had people on the lists from various
countries over the years who have had no association with Brisbane at all.

[1] Actually I can't recall anyone _ever_ being barred from our lists for
any purpose.  That's pretty good.
